"Ladies" and more.

I'm now in the deep wilds of Wiltshire as I write this post, but luckily I'd prepared the photographs beforehand, so not a lot of work to be done there.
This week's content shows what I found in an unmarked  box from Bryan's (Vampifan's) rescued items, the photgraph on the right showing the general tenure of the contents.

Here's the rest of the photographs:
From a maid to a nurse, something for everyone ?
These seem to have lost some of their clothing
It must be very hot, some of these have lost all their clothes.
These do seem to be enjoying their freedom from garments.
Moving on to some of the more unusual items (I believe these are Chibis (?), but I'm open to others' knowledge on these:
Pass - I've got nothing
Still got nothing
Some form of marker/objective 'things' - but another pass

Well I think this post has gone from the sublime (did you spot Marilyn ?) to the ridiculous (imho), but I'm sure something would have brought a wry smile to many a face.

That's it then for yet another week and next week will see me revealing yet more of Bryan's treasures and in due time I'll be explaining what will happen to all his items as I don't intend to keep the vast majority of them (but neither will I be selling them on ebay !). There's at least a dozen more boxes of models/figures, including a huge box of Wild West buildings in 20mm (though I still haven't found any relevant figures !)

Thanks for taking the time to visit and surely you've something of interest (?); as always your comments are welcomed and truly appreciated.
Note: If you comment today I will probably be able to reply, but I will be incummicado for several days hereafter.

  1. The bottom models are indeed Chibi's Joe, was never my thing but know of them.
Bryan did like his female models, surprised you haven't found more yet ! LOL

    1. Thanks Dave, Chibis leave me ocld, but I know some out there do like thm. Bryn did indeed like the female form, both in his artwokr and his miniatures. Bear in mind that I've only rescued a third (at most) of what he had, so thee will be a lot more to rescue.

  2. Good to see and hear Bryans toys are still being enjoyed. He has a lot to answer for.Perhaps you could host a competition for the best scenario to use these figures for.

    1. Thanks Douglas, you are indeed correct in your mention of what "he has to answer for". I suspect many of us took up zombie gaming and blogging because of him !
When I redistribute his stuff, one of the conditions will be their 'immediate' re-use !

    2. Managed to avoid zombies, too much time spent working for local government to find it enjoyable, but always enjoyed his enthusiasm and imagination.

    2. Ha Ha, I'm not that easily shocked, though the Chibis(?) are a bit strange...

  4. Hi Joe, I've just caught up on your last few posts, some interesting figures, I particularly like the Yardies from about 3 posts back, very colourful. There are a few if these figures I own but not many, thanks for showcasing these, he was a very prolific painter of ladies and more.;)

    1. Thanks John, Yep, the Yardies were among my favourites too, but I really didn't know hte extent of his prolific painting and have seen much of what he didn't post.
The majority of females in this post, I wouldn;t know how he intended to use (if at all).
Good to see you back and well (hopefully).

  7. Terrific posting Joe, and some great models in there. The chibi-style last three models in your posting "Still got nothing", and the second figure in with "Pass - I've got nothing" are actually Zombicide Dork Tower Survivors.

They're the main characters (Matt, Carson, Igor and Gilly) from one of Bryan's fave cartoon strips Dork Tower.

    1. Thanks for the info Blaxx, I was surprised to find the Chibis them 'alone' as I knew Bryan had a lot of these figures.

  9. That Marilyn Monroe figure is something I've never seen before in that scale - I wonder who the manufacturer was and if it was part of a gaming system 🤔 I'm with you on the rest, a bit outside my gaming zone lol

    1. Thanks Ivor, I suspect Marilyn may be a reaper figure, though it could also be any of a half a dozen other manufacturers. There a lot of figures there that I wouldn't be comfortable using.

    1. Thanks Iain, when I consider how many figures Bryan had/has, I doubt these would be on my priority list, if at all. I certainlywouldn;t be paying hard cash for them without a specific purpose, Bryan however was a collector as well as a gamer. I

  11. A wonderful set of models there Joe & if I ever decide to do a remake of A Shot in the Dark, I'll know where to come to get some models for the scene in the nudist camp lol

    1. Thanks Frank, there's not many amongst them that I'd gove house-room to as I can't think of a reason to do so, but a nudist camp?
